What kind of lease do you offer?

We offer 12-month leases at both Westlake and Glade Hill. Renewals are typically available, depending on your plans and our openings.

What are the homes like?

All homes are single-level, 1,600 sq ft, with 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, full kitchens, private garages, and patios. See community pages for full details.

Is this a senior living community?

No — our homes are open to everyone. That said, many of our renters are retirees or downsizers looking for a peaceful, low-maintenance home.

When is rent due?

Rent is due on the 1st of each month. Late payments may incur a fee after a grace period.

What’s the move-in process like?

Once a unit is available and your application is approved, we’ll work with you to schedule a convenient move-in date and walkthrough.

Can I tour a unit before applying?

When units are available, yes. If we don’t have any openings, we’ll let you know when you might be able to schedule a tour.

What’s included in my monthly rent?

Rent includes water, sewer, lawn maintenance, and full exterior upkeep. No surprise fees — just a simple, all-in-one price.

Are pets allowed?

Yes! We love furry friends. Just ask us about our pet policy before you apply.

Can I have guests over?

Of course! These are your homes — we just ask that guests be respectful of neighbors and community guidelines.

Who handles maintenance?

We do! Both interior and exterior maintenance is included. Just give us a call or submit a request and we’ll handle the rest.
